Registration Process: Email events@awsottawa.com to reserve your spot. If we have your credit card pre-authorization form then you are all set. If we don't you'll need to complete the pre-authorization form and send it to the address above to confirm your reservation.

Event Cancellations:

In the event of a member-initiated cancellation, notification must be made 5 days before the event and there will be no charge to the registrant. If less than 5 days notice is received, the registered person may designate another person(s), but is still responsible for payment and will be charged for the event.

AWS Ottawa is a not-for-profit organization devoted to the enjoyment of the wines of Australia. Through exposure to, and education about the wines and wine regions of Australia, the Society seeks to encourage, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, a greater awareness of the wine varietals, the diversity and the styles of Aussie wines.

Festive Dinner - Monday December 8, 2008

We have planned a stylish event in this superb venue, with an outstanding view of Parliament Hill, Wellington Street and Portage Bridge decorated with thousands of colourful lights for the Festive Season.

Taste 5 great wines - two from our cellar, and three from the Vintages release of October 11th. Our reception wine will be a favourite: Sparkling Shiraz, then a fine Riesling to complement the soup. Two choices - a Chardonnay and a Pinot Noir - for you to decide which better accompanies the chicken main course. And then we finish off with an exciting Fortified Shiraz to enhance the dessert.
