to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, a bank
account, or a PayPal account.
There is no service fee or other hidden charges to you.
The membership or event amount is what will be deducted, and
what will show up on your PayPal account, your bank statement
or your credit card statement. Please note that your bank
or credit card statement will show the amount as being paid to
PAYPAL, not specifically to the Australian Wine Society.
When you pay, you can choose to either:
- pay with my PayPal account - an existing Paypal account; or
- pay with a debit or credit card - a credit card
Over 220,000,000 million people are using PayPal around the world.
To create an account you will need to provide various information
including: your email address, your name and address, your phone
number, etc. It does take a few minutes to set up a Paypal
account, but it will save you time on subsequent payments.
PayPal has the advantages for the Australian Wine Society of
reducing our administrative overhead, and tight security, required
for your credit card information.

Please note that many events have limited capacity, and registration
is in order of payment received. Therefore an event may fill up between
the time you send a cheque and the time that we receive it, whereas
payment through PayPal is immediate and reserves your spot(s).
Please Note:
Payment for AWS Events: Payment for events will be due upon registration.
AWS Cancellation Policy:
7 day cancellation policy. In the event you need to cancel your registration for
an AWS event, it is the full responsibility of the Registrant to advise the AWS
up to 7 days prior to the AWS Event; otherwise full ticket price will be incurred
by the Registrant.
