December 10th, 2010

A festive and sparkly night with good cheer had by all who attended.

chop morsels, and more many more delicious goodies played off the flavours
of the selection of mature wines from South Australia.

with no surprises; char, spice, blackcurrant, plum milk and chocolate flavours are
provided by the deep fruit. A muscular wine that is well-balanced and supported by
smooth tannins which provide a supple consistency, tight structure and agreeable
complexity. It will reach its peak by 2007 and beyond. From PlonkOZ04. |
